Our business is built around the motto “positive energy with the right intent” so if you vibe with that mission statement we need to meet! We are looking for a full time dynamite Property Manager with solid experience to come in and take over a well looked after established portfolio.

You need a no fuss, can do attitude and be able to demonstrate positive problem solving skills with the ability to get the job done whilst having fun!

This role is responsible for the day to day management of approx. 100 properties with PCRs and Routine Inspections outsourced plus access to a Leasing Consultant and PM Assistant. We are a stable and tight knit team, who are driven by our company values and goals while ensuring we exceed customer service expectations.

With Friday afternoon drinks, morning teas for anniversary’s plus end of year/financial year celebrations and team building events, we are a social bunch who like to J.D.I & G.S.D (ask us what this means).

Application criteria:

  • Current PM Registration
  • Strong Property Management experience
  • Full driving license (no vehicle required, company vehicle available for use)
  • Ability to hit the ground running and dive straight into a portfolio.
  • Experience in Rest + Inspect Real Estate
  • Exceptional communication
  • Positive problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi task
  • Exceptionally well-presented and professional appearance
