We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a corporate office in any capacity. Of course, you also need to be 100% people orientated (it’s not about bricks and mortar). You need to be immaculately presented, have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, have a zest for life, a humorous disposition as well as be equally dexterous at performing administration tasks and multi-tasking. You will be someone who like a tip top office and does whatever they can to ensure the office runs smoothly for everyone. Really this is the most important role in the office!


Duties & Responsibilities Include:

Answering, directing & transferring calls on a busy switchboard

Consumables and stationary ordering for the office

Greeting guests, clients and tradespeople to the office

Daily collection and processing of incoming and outgoing mail

Processing of bulk marketing mail

Management of Key loans and Cabinet

Accurate data entry and processing of industry forms

Assist Administration, Property Management and Sales Team as required.


Skills & Experience:

Previous reception or administration experience within a Real Estate office is preferred

Attention to detail

Positive can do attitude

Immaculate presentation

Effective verbal and written communication

Pleasant and professional phone manner

Ability to multi task

Current WA Driver’s License
