Property Management & Administration Assistant

As our business is growing we are looking for someone who is energetic + ambitious to join our fun and ‘real’ real estate agency in East Perth. Check out the below video for a little more about our wonderful business. This is a FULL TIME position with the flexibility to be PART TIME for the right candidate.

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager assistant. Property Management license + registration preferred but not essential.

The day to day duties may include:

  • Assisting with some outside work such as viewings and routine inspections
  • General admin tasks
  • Creating leases + lodging bonds
  • Property Condition Report updates and photographs
  • Arranging some maintenance and inventory replacement
  • Confidentially dealing with tenants, contractors, owners

About the successful applicant:

  • Has a current driver’s license
  • Can prioritise work load with good attention to detail
  • Has a positive and can do attitude
  • Be ready and able to learn and grow professionally, personally and spiritually
  • Be able to think outside the square and work proactively
  • Enjoy working amongst a close knit work family
  • Be able to provide exceptional internal and external customer service
  • Have strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Willingness to work across all areas of our business

Personal Assistant to Real Estate Licensee

Do you constantly thirst for more challenges, knowledge and excitement? Yet at the same time you can remain calm, focused and attentive to several different areas all at one time whilst being able to think on your feet. Are you a vibrant proactive individual, who has an exuberance for life?

 

Over a 30 year career I have had some awesome PA’s, (7 to 5 year stints) and upon request they can speak with you as my reference. I am not seeking a perfectionist or wonder woman. ( I am a realist and things happen occasionally and that’s fine provided we keep learning!)

 

I have helped thousands of Perth property owners make and create millions of dollars of wealth and I am looking for the right blend of professional to assist me to take our business to new and exciting levels. We love to Zig when everyone else is Zagging in the current market.

 

You need to have an awesome CAN DO attitude at all times. You need to be health conscious and really proactive. You need to be into curiosity and non-judgemental plus be well-grounded and have a great grasp of written and spoken words, as well as the ever changing technical world. Someone with a great sense of humour and who always looks on the bright side will be a great asset.

 

Above all, you need to be totally reliable, have awesome time management and organisational skills, be completely honest, black & white, down to earth, confident and a high achiever who shows initiative and is willing to commit long term.

 

Real estate and life experience is essential, I will only entertain applicants with previous PA and/or selling experience, reputable references and loyalty.

 

It’s a unique individual I seek and we need to both have the right energy to ensure that we enhance each other’s strengths and drive each other to succeed, whilst having fun and making a difference!
