These are held in our office and limited to a maximum of 20 participants, the workshop is available to existing investors and/or persons who have participated in our introductory seminar.
Three real life examples will be worked through via a whiteboard/worksheet. The first example will show a purchase of $150,000 and the specific benefits, the second example will show a $450,000 investment and the final example will show a $2 Million Dollar purchase. Investors will be able to plug in their own tax rates, deposit amounts and personal details to produce their own figures. An APOD analysis will also be worked through on specific properties. An in-house finance broker will be in attendance to factor through the actual models for the investors and print out relative spread sheets.
A lengthy question time will conclude the workshop to ensure all pertinent facts relative to each individual are covered and that all worksheets have been completed.
Required: Calculator, pad and pen, knowledge of annual income and current assets.
