An avid footballer, Daniel keeps forever young running after them all.
Brian Anthony
Property Consultant
Brian’s enthusiasm and positive energy make him a stand out in any crowd. Having completed his degree in Commerce at Curtin University, Brian knew he wanted to combine his love of sales and property. “I always knew that being a Property Consultant was what I wanted to do”.
Being highly motivated to succeed, Brian has a wide and varied skill set to offer and benefit all clients at Mark Hay Realty Group, whether they be first home buyers, owner occupiers or seasoned property investors.
During his time at University, Brian worked under the exceptional standards of Perth’s “Customer Service King” John Hughes. The training Brian received has transferred seamlessly to Real Estate, seeing him constantly setting exceptional levels of service and outstanding standards.

John Taylor
Business Development Manager
John joins Mark Hay Realty Group with 25 years experience as a successful business owner/manager across a range of fields including finance, industrial products, entertainment and hospitality industries all of which are very service orientated.
Twenty years of experience working throughout the Midwest, Pilbara and Kimberley regions of WA has brought John into contact with a wide and diverse range of people and demands, honing his appetite to deliver accurate, concise and timely information for clients.
“All of these traits are imperative in my very role as Business Development Manager with Mark Hay Realty Group”, John says.
John’s greatest life experience was travelling around Australia for a year with his family in a caravan.
When not working hard at Mark Hay, John has a love for travelling, music and sports.
Rebecca Williams
Recruitment & HR Manager
Rebecca has been recruiting in the resources industry for the past 7 years, but in a “previous life” was a Sales Rep Assistant to one of Perth’s leading female realtors. This position has allowed Rebecca to combine her past and future together recruiting amazing people to join our great team at Mark Hay.
Rebecca has always been interested in property having initially studied Architecture when she finished school. However her desire to see her designs turn into reality quicker than it takes for a building to be built, saw her move into fashion design. She worked for one of Perth’s top fashion designers for several years before spreading her wings and moving to London.
After many years of adventure and travels Rebecca finally came home to Perth where she “fell” into recruitment. A role that her bright personality is well suited to!

Rebecca Thomas is a highly organised person who applies a methodical and efficient approach to her role as Commercial & Strata Manager. Rebecca has a wealth of experience in effective business administration and she consistently applies this to her position. “I work well with figures and finances and I enjoy the varied nature of my role and every day presents new challenges so work is always interesting,” says Rebecca. Since moving into real estate, Rebecca has developed a passion for the property industry and says she loves working at Mark Hay. “I enjoy working with the Mark Hay team. My colleagues make every day both productive and fun; the Mark Hay administration team are second to none.” Rebecca’s former roles have included financial administration, marketing and advertising coordination, reception duties and events management. As a result of these diverse experiences, Rebecca is adept at multi-tasking and efficient when it comes to the demands of her position. Rebecca is a self-confessed shopping addict. She also enjoys dining out and playing netball.
Karla Hondow
Property Manager
Karla Hondow is an experienced property manager with a genuine flair for asset management. Karla has quickly moved up the property management ladder and her diligent, careful approach has been critical to her career success thus far. She works hard to ensure her clients’ properties are managed to the highest possible standards at all times. Reliable, practical and organised, Karla professionally carries out the full suite of property management services including property advertising, tenant appraisal and selection, regular property reports and inspections, as well as lease agreements, terminations and extensions. Karla’s friendly, vivacious and energetic personality dovetails with the approach of the wider Mark Hay Asset Management team. Karla’s clients also appreciate her intuition and superior communication skills. “I am a firm believer in providing honest, regular and open communication. I take great pride in ensuring my clients are kept informed at all times in relation to their most valuable assets,” says Karla. When she’s not working, Karla enjoys renovating and spending time with friends.
Anneka Geddes
Property Manager
Anneka has recently relocated from Victoria where she worked as a Property Manager for the same firm for over 3 years, whilst there Anneka developed a wide range of experience in the industry which ranges from Rural to Residential properties. Anneka’s responsibilities ranged from tenant applications, tenant selection, lease renewals, inspections, and much more. The consistent accolades from tenants and grateful landlords alike, are the shining examples of Anneka’s professionalism and dedication to her role.
“I believe that in this industry it is vital to communicate to all clients and to make sure I provide excellent service. I love working as a Property manager and look forward to everyday, it appeals to me because each day presents new challenges; diversity and I am constantly learning and meeting new people. Emma Reay-Heaton

Emma Reay-Heaton is a natural multi-tasker, and manages her responsibilities with an enviable efficiency, providing the highest quality customer care and support at all times.
Bright, bubbly and ever-willing to help, Emma knows the company inside out, having commenced her career at Mark Hay Realty as Assistant to the Property Management team, moving up the ranks managing her own portfolio as Property Manager.

Victoria Farley
Receptionist/Property Management Assistant
After finishing high school, Victoria set out in search of her passion. After dabbling in business, she found herself looking into Real Estate and became determined to make it a career for herself.
Victoria is a people person and loves to work in an environment where she gets to interact with people from all walks of life. What makes up for her lack of experience is her motivation and a keen interest to learn and develop her skills in the industry.
Victoria says that she feels welcome and open to express herself at Mark Hay and her interest is growing in developing her career in property management and in the future delving into the sales arena.
Jodie Scott
Financial & Operations Manager
Jodie Scott is a highly experienced business administrator who brings a diverse skill set to her position at Mark Hay Realty.
Organised and efficient, Jodie’s role involves completing myriad tasks at once. Keeping on top of the busy, day-to-day running of the office is a daily challenge, to which she applies enthusiasm, excellent communication skills and a solutions-focussed approach.
Prior to joining Mark Hay, Jodie held accounting, office administration and executive assistant roles within industries such as mining, IT, sports and hospitality. Moving to real estate, she says she loves the challenge and learning opportunities that have come with her role. Jodie thrives in a busy environment, making her a natural fit at Mark Hay Realty Group.

When she’s not working hard at Mark Hay, Jodie can be found pursuing one of her many sporting interests or heading home to the farm in Cowaramup. As well as being an West Coast supporter, she’s a talented indoor beach volleyball player and an accomplished runner. She completed the New York Marathon in 2006.
Rachel Lane
Finance Administrator & Marketing Co-ordinator
After 5 years experience in a busy accounts role, Rachel comes to Mark Hay Realty Group with a can do attitude, a high level of organisational skills and a thirst for learning. A loyal team member, Rachel is always willing to go the extra mile and flourishes in the busy office environment, whilst having the capacity to always remain calm in hectic situations.
Rachel has a double Diploma in both Business Management and Marketing, which coupled with her extensive accounts experience proves invaluable.

Georgie Clifford

Georgie Clifford has recently migrated from London, England and brings with her 5 years of experience including providing executive level support, Office Administration and Project Coordination.
Working to support Principal, Mark Hay, Georgie confidently and capably manages Mark’s competing priorities, hectic schedule and wide range of commitments and interests. Georgie has a proven track record of clear organisational and time management skills, with a high attention to detail and a can do attitude. “It’s great to be part of a highly professional team, where every member strives to achieve the best for our clients at all times.”

Originally from London, Georgie is a big fan of WA and the Perth lifestyle. When she’s not at work she enjoys spending her weekends at the beach with her partner and their puppy and has a passion for travel, culture and loves to cook.

Erin, originally from Canada, relocated to Perth 3 years ago. Before moving to our sunny shores, she studied Commerce at Lautentian University in Sudbury Ontario, with a focus in Sales and Human Resources.
Erin’s background in Customer Service, Sales and Administration, along with her organisational skills, excellent customer service and time management skills come together with her bubbly personality making her a valuable team member at Mark Hay Realty Group.

Katie began her career in Real Estate several years ago as a receptionist, and her eagerness and enthusiasm saw her moving quickly into the role of PA for a leading Perth Realtor. Katie loves the sales administration side of Real Estate and so a Sales and Listing Coordinator position was the natural progression in her career path.
Katie loves the fast pace and ever changing nature of the industry and takes pride in her position. Her efficiency and organisational skills along with the ability to always approach every task with a smile on her face, see her as a valuable team member.

Enthusiastic, hard working and dependable, Dallon is a fresh face on the Perth real estate scene. “Working in real estate is exciting and rewarding. It’s a challenging industry to be part of, because every day is different and every client’s needs are unique…but this is what I love about my role.” Before making the switch to property, Dallon held various customer service roles, where he honed his communication skills and his ability to effectively problem-solve.
