Local property adviser Mark Hay will be holding four free seminars on Saturday, October 22, for people interested in property investment. With 30 years of experience and a portfolio of residential, commercial, rural and tourism properties, Mr Hay will discuss a wide array of property investment strategies.
Investors can discover how to maximise returns, how to branch out into commercial development and ways to create wealth using superannuation funds. Landlords can receive tips to ensure they're making the most of their rental properties.
The seminars will be held between 10.30am and 3pm at 28/118 Royal Street, East Perth, and though all four tutorials are free, a gold coin donation to Princess Margaret Hospital is encouraged.
